Un hombre identificado como Carlos Ariel Fern\u00e1ndez Macas falleci\u00f3 la tarde de este s\u00e1bado 24 de enero tras resultar herido por impactos de bala en el barrio 18 de Octubre, ubicado en el oeste de Machala.<\/p>\n
El hecho ocurri\u00f3 cerca de las 14:00, cuando la v\u00edctima lleg\u00f3 en un veh\u00edculo al sector para visitar a su hijo. Al estacionarse frente a un inmueble, fue interceptado por dos sujetos que se movilizaban en una motocicleta, quienes le dispararon en varias ocasiones antes de huir del lugar.<\/p>\n
Familiares lo trasladaron de inmediato hasta el hospital Te\u00f3filo D\u00e1vila, donde personal m\u00e9dico confirm\u00f3 su deceso debido a heridas de gravedad en el t\u00f3rax y la cabeza.<\/p>\n
Personal de la Polic\u00eda Nacional acudi\u00f3 al sitio para realizar el levantamiento de indicios bal\u00edsticos y recopilar informaci\u00f3n que permita esclarecer las circunstancias del hecho.
